This role is based in Leeds and requires a talented individual with exceptional writing skills and a keen understanding of customer needs.

Description
Responsibilities for the Bid Writer will include:
Prepare, write, and edit compelling bids and proposals
Carry out detailed research to understand customer requirements and industry trends
Work closely with sales teams to develop bid strategies
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bids
Ensure all bids comply with company and legal standards
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the bidding process
Track and report on bid outcomes and success rates
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activitiesProfile
A successful Bid Writer should have:
2+ years experience in a Bids related role
Experience in an in-house, or consultancy / agency bids role
An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
Excellent written communication skills
Experience working on public sector bids processes is preferred
A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability in producing winning bids
Confidence in working with cross-functional teamsJob Offer
An estimated salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 per year, dependent on experience
Option for remote working. Or hybrid set up from Leeds based office
