Your Background:
* Experience in administrative roles within plant hire environment preferable.
* Strong communication skills, with experience managing phone calls and email correspondence.
* Ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, managing emails, and handling phone inquiries
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure smooth office operations
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to support office efficiency
