Are you a proficient administrator, interested in an opportunity to work within supply chain and available for an immediate temporary opportunity (Jan start)? With hours 9am-4pm, a small and supportive team, a highly reputable brand and brand new state at the art offices, my client within the drinks manufacturing industry, is looking for a temporary Supply Chain Assistant / Administrator to join their team.
The job and requirements:
Looking to strengthen their Supply Chain team with someone who has a ‘make it happen’ approach, my client is looking for someone with good all round admin experience, (ideally but not essential, from within Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or similar). Some knowledge of dealing with suppliers and issues arising around supply and demand is preferable.
What you will do:
You will be involved in a variety of duties, some of which include:
Liaising with overseas factory re planned requirements, ensuring material and deliveries are all in line
Regular contact with customers and suppliers - processing orders and producing relevant documentation
Use of Excel to and ERP system
The perks:
Hourly pay: £12.75-13.50 per hr
Hours: 9am-4pm Mon-Fri
Paid weekly
Holiday accrual equivalent of 30 days per year (increase to 33 after 12 weeks)

MUST HAVE USE OF A CAR/OWN TRANSPORT TO GET TO/FROM LOCATION
