As the Digital Marketing lead, you'll play a pivotal role leading the charge in shaping the company's online presence and driving strategic growth. We are looking for a strategic creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a track record of driving online visibility and engagement in the B2B space to shape the brand and growth success. You'll be responsible for the digital and technical enablement and execution of marketing campaigns, driving online visibility through our socials and website, implementing SEO strategies and improving organic growth.
The role requires SEO specialist knowledge, techniques and tactics to maximize visibility and audience connections, increase share of voice, digital adoption to social handles (website, LinkedIn, among others) and generate high ranking placement in the results page of search engines. You must have creative campaign experience from brief through to launch, demonstrating how you have generated awareness and lead opening opportunities that have driven growth and profit.
Accountability's for the role:
Revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns
Campaign effectiveness.
Operationalize marketing strategy activities, collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and UX Designer and Content and Communications Manager
Engage target and influencer audiences with compelling messages multi-channel on and offline.
Track and report on KPI's, organic search, website traffic, campaign ROI, leads, referrals and share of voiceWhat is required for the role:
Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Marketing qualification, with preferred experience in B2B technology sector or related field, strong creative skills to conceptualize and execute on campaigns
Proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development, campaign creation, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Strong understanding and application of digital marketing channels and tools to drive growth, including SEO, SEMrush, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Use of WordPress in managing and updating websites
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to create visual assets aligned to Brand guidelines, AI marketing tools, CRM, customer enterprise platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Strong project management and organizational skills
