CRG are looking for Cladders to work on a job based in Tenterden to start on Monday 18th November.

Expected responsibilites:

* Installation of different types of cladding systems (metal, composite panels, insulated panels, etc.

* Steel erecting, including the assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

* Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.

* Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

* Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.

* IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).

* Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
