The Company
This Project Manager role is with one of the UK's leading property services company. They have an excellent reputation and are responsible for maintaining and refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings.
The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (site-based lead) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of the fit out's of distribution centres and warehouses.
* Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget.
* Manage project programme.
* Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
* Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
* Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
* Identifies and manages risk.
* Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
* Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.
Please note this role is not to work within IT, it is working within the fit out sector of construction
Previous experience of working on logisitic and manufacturing fit out projects is key and essential to this role
