Are you ready to be part of the thrilling world of Formula 1? We’re seeking a motivated Licensing Administrator for a short-term contract with a prestigious F1 team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Order Creation: Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing.

* Purchase Order Generation: Create and manage purchase orders with attention to detail.

* Goods Receipting: Oversee the receipt of goods and maintain quality standards.

* Invoice Picking: Assist with the selection and processing of invoices.

* Order Booking: Coordinate bookings across four warehouses efficiently.

* Stock Tracker Maintenance: Keep stock tracker systems up to date and organized.

* Smartsheet Updates: Manage order-related updates in Smartsheet for seamless operations.

* Customs Clearance Resolutions: Proactively resolve customs issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in administrative roles, ideally in licensing or supply chain.

* Proficiency in order management systems and Smartsheet.

* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
