Cleaner / Janitor

Temporary role (ongoing assignment) starting in January 2025

Based in Small Heath, Birmingham, office based for an absolutely LOVELY company where you'll feel valued.

Pay rate - £13 ph

Monday to Friday 8am to 2.30/3pm

Responsibilities:

* Putting out breakfast supplies

* Tidying and updating snack and coffee supplies

* Filling up vending machines when needed for lunch supplies Keeping the canteen and coffee areas clean and tidy throughout the day

* Clearing away after large meetings, as well as after breakfast and lunch periods

* Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing designated areas

* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

* Empty bins receptacles and replace liners

* Dust and wipe down surfaces

* Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

* Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Experience:

* Previous experience in commercial cleaning

* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

* Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties

This role is temporary and is to start in January 2025.

Job Types: part time, Temporary contract

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
