Cover Coordinator

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

Salary: SCP 12-17, £27,711-£30,060 per annum (FTE), £20,950-£23,133 per annum (Pro Rata)

The Role

Due to Internal promotion, they are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of the school as a Cover Co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation of staff cover requirements on a daily basis, and longer-term planning of absence cover.  They will manage the daily workloads of Cover Supervisors, ensuring tasking is balanced and prioritised.
