Skills & Experience Required:

* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a quantity surveying role

* Bachelor’s HNC/D (preferred)

* Willingness and flexibility to learn new skills and working practices, as required

* A genuine desire to develop a career in construction

* Dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused

* Approachable and responsive.

* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

* An eye for detail and understanding the expected standards to be delivered

* Competent in IT skills and software packages that are relevant to the role

Supporting the team of Quantity Surveyors, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Re-measurement

* Recording and distributing project information

* Assistance with Final Account preparation

* Supply chain cost control

* Enquiry preparation and analysis

* Assisting with Estimating
