Berry Recruitment are searching for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager to join a busy, well established Lettings & Estate Agents in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee lettings performance.
Develop annual business plans to increase revenue and expand the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with procedures and deliver high-quality service.
Lead and motivate your team, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
Manage rent rolls, conduct regular rent reviews, and perform property valuations.
Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
Support the Property Management Team.About You:

Proven experience in estate agency with local market knowledge.
Target-oriented with a strong track record.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.What We Offer:
