Location: Sheffield, S. Yorkshire & Leeds, W. Yorkshire.

Pay: £13.00 per hour + Benefits Package

Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)

DBS Required: Yes (BPSS needed once on boarded)

Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and exceptional customer service?

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee operations at 10 sites across South and West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Oversee and manage cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
Operations Management: Handle the cleaning operations for our large-scale government contract, including waste management, pest control, and horticultural services.
Mobile Role: Travel between sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required).
Flexibility: Work flexible hours between 05:30 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cleaning and cleaning management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
Knowledge of managing soft services including waste, pest control, and horticultural services.
Full clean UK driving licence.
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) knowledge.
Preferred: BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) knowledge.
Experience in line management.
