If so, we have registered a fantastic temporary opportunity working for this impressive local client. Starting ASAP, this assignment will be ongoing for around 4 months.
The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with an unpaid lunch break
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities
In this role you will be providing comprehensive, accurate and timely administration support for the People Services Team, including:
Managing the onboarding process
Ensuring the offboarding process for departing employees is completed in a smooth manner
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
Assisting in the administration of employee benefits
Acting as the initial point of contact for general Employee Relations queries
Assisting with investigations where appropriate
Collecting and collating data as required

Temporary HR Administrator Requirements
Proven, dedicated experience within HR administration
A relevant CIPD or NVQ qualification
Advanced MS Office skills
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks
Positive approach to change
Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
Excellent communication and relationship building skills

This position is based in offices in OX10. There is parking available on site.
