We are seeking a motivated and well-presented individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills to join the team as a Showroom Host which is located at Chelsea Harbour.

Location: Chelsea Harbour
Working Hours: 9:30AM - 5.30pm
Salary - £30k - £40k (depending on experience) As the Showroom Host, you will be responsible for:

Answering client's telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
Offering expert advice on companies' collection
Updating the CRM system with business-critical information about contact with each trade account.
Offering follow ups using the CRM system
Hosting showroom visitors, maintaining the showroom in immaculate condition
Running the sampling process
Creation of content for social media, especially at events
Co-ordinating with our workshop team to ensure excellent client communication post sales
Supporting business development activitiesThe successful Showroom Host will have the following related skills / experience:

An interest in interior design would be highly beneficial
Outstanding communication skills
Sales / hosting experience within the interior design industry would be desirable
Motivated and driven
