Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Head of Paid Media to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who is seeking to support their growth and further strengthen their online presence.

Principle Responsibilities for the Head of Paid Media:

Campaign Management: Plan, optimise, create, and execute campaigns across multiple accounts on a daily basis.
Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of channel and campaign performance, provide reports, and identify areas of opportunity for optimisation.
Commercial Awareness: Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive new customer acquisition.
Growth: Contribute to achieving acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets in key markets.
Communication: Effectively communicate search strategies, optimisation techniques, and results to stakeholders.
Duties:

Manage daily operations of all paid advertising accounts across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms.
Plan, develop, implement, and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing testing.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaigns and achieve optimised performance results.
Person Specification:

Minimum of 3-5 years of PPC account management experience.
Experience managing large-scale, high-turnover accounts and budgets.
Demonstrated track record of driving PPC performance and achieving tangible business results.
Strong numerical and organisational skills with proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent Head of Paid Media position, offering an annual salary of £35,000 – £45,000.
