What Job Will I Train For?
You’ll train to become an Internal Sales Professional, working within our Sales department to:
* Generate and close B2B sales opportunities.
* Raise quotations, process orders, and update IT systems.
* Handle customer queries and maintain databases.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team, so a bubbly, flexible, and self-motivated character will help you fit right in.
Qualifications and Development
You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, with the opportunity to become a member of the Institute of Customer Service.
Location, Hours, and Start Date
* Full-time Apprenticeship based at Clover Nook Industrial Estate, Alfreton (not on a public transport route).
* Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.
* Flexible start date, with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.
* Training is supported by Vision West Nottinghamshire College, combining online sessions and master classes on campus over 12–18 months.
Minimum Requirements
* Computer literate.
* Minimum Level 1 English and Maths (you will take Level 2 tests during the course).
* Evidence of meeting the Customer Service Practitioner Standard during the course.
* Ideally, live locally with safe transport to the workplace.

* Starting salary: c. £13,520.00 per annum, with potential for increases.
