? Salary: £35,000
? Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
?️ Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established dealership specializing in Performance, Prestige, and 4X4 vehicles. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee day-to-day workshop and body shop operations
? Ensure all vehicles undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection and meet high preparation standards
? Manage aftersales services and drive customer satisfaction
? Coordinate and support technicians to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency

? Maintain clear communication between service teams and customers
? Lead and motivate the team to consistently achieve top performance

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience managing workshops and body shops
✅ Strong leadership & decision-making skills
✅ Excellent customer service & communication abilities
✅ Ability to multitask & stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✅ Automotive industry experience (preferred)
