Duties:

1. Supervise, develop, and coach the MOJ team, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality service.

2. Distribute workloads effectively and manage capacity.

3. Hold regular 1-2-1s and meetings to motivate and support the team.

4. Ensure caseloads are progressed efficiently, providing timely and professional legal advice.

5. Maintain a high level of quality across all team members’ work.

6. Work towards deadlines and targets, mentoring the team to achieve success.

Requirements:

1. Motivated leader with a focus on team development and client care.

2. Experienced in personal injury and credit hire, with knowledge of MOJ / OIC.

3. Strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve effectively.

4. Competent in case management systems and MS Office/Outlook.
