Engine Inspector

Due to continued growth our client has a unique position available for an Engine Inspector. This is unique as no cars are present!

The role:

To step by step, remove parts from the engine to identify route fault cause.

Key Responsibilities

* Record all information on the receipt of a unit

* Compare supplied details to confirm the identity of the unit with the correct technical information, warranty information and customer details

* Collect all relevant customer failure information for analytical debate before the disassembly of the unit

* Plan inspection route to determine the best direction

* Carry out technical analysis

* Present all relevant failure information for technical analysis by the technical team

Skills and Experience

Technical knowledge of engines, gears and motors an advantage
