A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a Global FMCG business who are going through a sustained period of growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving brand recognition and sales growth by delivering high quality and creative campaigns.
The Role;
Develop and lead brand campaign plans, collaborating across the marketing team, to ensure integrated plans are delivered effectively and efficiently
Designing multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions, to drive new customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
Developing media plans, working collaboratively with the media agency and digital team
Direct line management of a Campaign executive
Yourself;
You will have gained experience working in a branded enviroment, leisure/hospitality would be advantageous
You will understand the importance of marketing in driving sales growth and be passionate about the identification and the delivery of effective marketing initiatives
Excellent communication skills & able to work to tight deadlines
Expierence gained in direct line management would be beneficial, however not essential
Your interpretation skills will be excellent with the ability to turn insights into action
