About the Role:

As the M&E Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.

* Managing a team of engineers and contractors to ensure top-tier service delivery.

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Conducting performance reviews, providing training, and fostering team development.

* Preparing reports on system performance, budgets, and project progress.

* Identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvements.

* Strong background in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems management.

* Proven experience in a managerial role within facilities management or building services.

* Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
