In this Quantity Surveyor role, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing budgets and forecasting costs across all project stages to ensure financial efficiency.
Handling contract negotiations and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and on budget.
