Are you a dedicated, experienced Vocational Employability Tutor eager to make a difference? S Knights Recruitment has an exciting role available in Leeds for a proactive individual committed to preparing young people for successful employment and future opportunities.

About the Role:
As a Vocational Tutor, you’ll lead engaging and practical learning sessions, both regulated and non-regulated, with a strong focus on employability skills. You will work closely with young people, motivating them to realise their potential and supporting them in building a solid foundation for their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver vocational qualifications and Personal & Social Development programmes in a classroom setting.
- Carry out learner reviews with clear, actionable goals.
- Collaborate with the quality team to meet submission deadlines and ensure high standards.
- Develop personalised learning plans, tailored to individual needs and learning styles.
- Guide each learner’s journey, supporting their progression into employment.
- Maintain quality standards, aiming for a minimum of Grade 2 in all evaluations.
- Target a retention and success rate of 90% or above for accredited qualifications.
- Support administrative tasks linked to learning objectives and new learner enrolment.
- Stay up-to-date with updates from awarding bodies and relevant educational standards.

Your Profile:
- Recognised teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching young people (Key Stage 4 or 5) from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of the Ofsted inspection framework.
- Subject-specialist qualification and relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated success working with individuals aged 16-29 with a range of barriers to learning.

Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
