The Company

* MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Gateshead area and are currently looking for people to start within the next 5 days, please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.

The Role

* Operation of a counter balance for transporting products within the yard area

* The main responsibilities for this role will be to work as part of the dispatch team.

* Responsible for safe use of the counter-balance forklift truck.

* ensure daily targets are met and effectively carry out the key processes of the department.

* Use of the computerised stock and control system.

* Preparation and despatch of finished goods.

* Picking materials for the factory floor.

* Reading product codes and aisle numbers.

The Person

* Must have a valid counter balance forklift truck

* Be able to work both individually in a team

* Must be comfortable with the role being primarily manual handling, with 25% counter balance forklift truck driving

* Should be able to start almost immediately

* Comfortable working on both days and backs rotations

* £12.35 Per Hour, can increase
