What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
✔️ 2+ years’ leadership experience, supervising and managing staff
✔️ NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
✔️ A history of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings
