Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (or relevant primary experience).
• A passion for education and child development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a love of learning in every child and encourage independent thinking.
• Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them updated on their child’s progress.
