About the Role

As a Panel Beater at Steer Salisbury, you’ll be entrusted with repairing and restoring vehicle panels to their pre-accident condition using advanced techniques and tools. * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of panel repair methods, including welding, filling, and finishing.

* Tool Proficiency: Confident using tools and equipment, including those for panel beating and spray painting.

* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure flawless results with every repair.

* Team Spirit: Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential).
