Pay: £260 per day

GS3 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with roofing/cladding experience to manage a project in Birmingham/Lichfield.

This is a freelance position, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of the roofing/cladding project from start to finish

* Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and site safety standards

* Manage subcontractors and liaise with suppliers

* Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

Requirements:

* Proven experience in roofing/cladding projects

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* SMSTS and First Aid certifications are required
