SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have experience working in a secondary school setting?

A fantastic secondary school near Barking and Dagenham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

The Role:

Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons and interventions.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement.Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEN (preferred but not essential).
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.The Offer:

Pay: £95 - £110 per day, depending on experience.
Full-time, long-term position.
