Key Responsibilities:

Enhance manufacturing efficiency by implementing lean principles
Develop and maintain SOPs, routings, and visual factory displays
Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline production
Support new product introductions and process optimisations
Work cross-functionally to drive operational excellenceWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
Strong background in Lean, NPI, and process improvements
Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
Experience working with complex electro-mechanical products.
ERP/MRP system knowledge
