Working for a leading Highways Contractor, dedicated to maintaining and improving the UK’s road network. As a Highways Operative, you’ll ensure the safety and efficiency of our highways.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform road maintenance tasks, including pothole repairs and resurfacing.

* Manage traffic control during roadworks.

* Conduct regular inspections and report hazards.

* Participate in winter services like gritting and snow clearance.

* Operate and maintain roadwork machinery.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Previous highway maintenance experience preferred, but not essential.

* Full UK driving licence required; HGV licence is a plus.

* CSCS card and NRSWA certification are advantageous.
