Job Title: Plater Fabricator

Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour

Company Overview:

A leading structural engineering company based in Nottinghamshire, who specialise in structural builds on heavy gauge metals, who complete projects for various clients and industries.

The Plater Fabricator Role:

Due to successful workload the company are now looking to bring in a new Plater Fabricator who can work on on-going contracts and become an asset to the current team.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components.
Follow engineering drawings.
Use of hand tools to shape and bend metals.
MIG and TIG Welding duties.
Quality inspect own work to meet the customers requirements.
Keeping a clean and tidy bay area.
Working out measurements from drawings to scale.

The Plater Fabricator:

Experience in fabrication, plating or sheet metal work.
MIG Welding is essential.
Ability to operate a range of tools both hand and power.
Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly techniques is advantageous.
Be able to read engineering drawings and schematic drawings
Good attention to details.
