Managed Print Services / Digital Print Operator | Hendon, W London | c£18,000 - £22,000 | Mon - Fri | Temp to Perm (initial 3month FTC)

Our client are recruiting for an experienced Print Operator with excellent communication skills, this Print Operator opportunity will suit an immediate starter as this is an initial 3 month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent.

About the Managed Print Services Operator Opportunity:

* To top up all paper in all Printers within scope on site on a twice daily basis.

* To top up all toner in MFD`s as and when required (incorporated within the paper top up rounds).

* To receive any call reports from the Help Desk and to manage the process through to resolution and close down.

* To undertake first line maintenance on MFD`s where possible.

* To respond to Netaphor (automated Site Audit reports) and ensure that these are responded .

* To be first point of contact when printer issues are raised.

* To liaise with the Account Manager to ensure that all MI is raised and completed on a monthly and quarterly basis in line with account review meetings.

* To ensure that all toner replacement orders are managed effectively.

* To ensure that paper supplies are managed at all times.

* To build a positive relationship with the relevant heads of business.

* To assist with other tasks as necessary by the Business Unit Manager.

* To be aware of all necessary quality standards and performance measures and ensure they are adhered to.

About the successful MPS Operator:

* MUST have previous experience in the Print industry

* Previous experience with Small Format / Repro / Xerox Printers

* Xerox Nuvera Printers advantageous

* Print Finishing / Binding experience advantageous

* Local to Middlesex area
