About the role:
My client is looking for a results- driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Working within a thriving competitive market, delivering great customer conversations to grow profitability and be successful.
You would be someone with good communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all Levels. Experience in B2B sales industry would be preferable.
They are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to make outbound calls prospecting new clients in a fast paced and friendly environment and developing new account relationships.
My client has high standards and you will be required to deliver sales and profit performance through the identification and building of new business while managing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential customers & build a relationship to grow the business
* Contact existing dormant customer accounts to re-establish contact
* Effectively explain and communicate the company and products information
* Identify the customer needs and sales opportunities
* Clearly and efficiently communicate opportunities to and liaise with other members of the account team to progress the sales process
* Maintain and update the contact management system to accurately record account information, activity and set future tasks
* Maintain high awareness and knowledge of the industry
* Achieve KPI’s and Sales targets
* Follow up your own quotations to close sales
Candidate Requirements
* 1-2 years sales experience is essential
* B2B sales experience preferable
* Experience using Excel
* Results oriented
* Customer focused
* Open and constructive communicator
* Team player/Supportive and cooperative
* Contribute ideas that may improve or help the business
