Salary: Basic Salary Up to £38,000, OTE £44,000
Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday MorningsParts Sales Manager required for Automotive Leading Parts Factor located in Croydon.

We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Sales Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £44,000 OTE.

Parts Sales Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsThe responsibilities of this Parts Sales Manager role are:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Sales Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
