Chef, Feltham Earn up to 21.64 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Chef to work with an important company in the Feltham area.

Shift Patterns:

First week - 7am, approximately 15- hours shifts.
Following weeks: 8 to 10 hour shifts per day Pay Rates

21.64 per hourAs a Chef you will need to have:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and service.
Stay updated on the latest culinary trends and techniques in Japanese cuisine.
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Develop new recipes and menu items showcasing the diversity of Japanese cuisine.
Ensure proper ingredient storage and handling to maintain freshness and quality.
Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste.
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely dish preparation and service.
