They are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor skilled in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Home Buyer Reporting. This role offers the chance to join a thriving firm with an impressive portfolio and a strong pipeline of ongoing projects. This is an exceptional career opportunity based in Epsom.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting the consultancy team with daily project delivery.
- Conducting Level 2 and 3 building surveys and site inspections.
- Completing Home Buyer Reports.
- Collaborating with external clients and consultant teams.

Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Home Buyer Reports.
- MRICS with 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in Level 2 and 3 Building Survey reporting.
- Experience with modern reporting software.
