A growing Commercial Finance Brokerage are looking for a Broker/ Account Manager to join their team based in Northampton to help grow their offering of access to financing for SME's in the UK.
What you'll be doing:
Originating and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their financing needs.
Prospecting new business and selling why your solution is the right fit for them and their requirements.
Being the single point of contact for your client.
Preparing and proposing lending solutions tailored to the needs of your clients. Working with borrowers and funders in your network.
Working closely with the sales support and back office team to ensure the customers journey is seamless.
Service multiple clients at once and meet deadlines set.
Being available as much as possible via phone and email.
What we're looking for in you:
Previous experience as a Commercial Finance Broker/ Account Manager or similar.
An existing network of funders and introducers.
Proven, consistent figures.
Knowledge of how to structure finance deals and proposals.
Drive new business and bring on new clients.
Ability to work to a fast pace and meet deadlines.
Driven and money motivated.
