Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and uphold our high standards of care.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe, effective, and caring environment. Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Develop and implement personalised care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Provide regular supervision, appraisals, and support to team members.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies and procedures are in place and adhered to.
Manage budgets effectively, oversee resource allocation, and ensure the financial sustainability of the home. 
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home, with a track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and relevant legislation.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
