Our client are renowned as a great golf course and thriving social venue with exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Warlingham, The club caters to a range of guests, offering an unforgettable experience.

The Role
We are looking for a professional in hospitality to work alongside the food and beverage manager to offer a fantastic level of Food and Beverage service, across one main Restaurant and Bar and small meeting rooms - the largest with a capacity for 80 pax.

Responsibilities:
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you should have the ability:

To Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department
To Supervise and train food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards
To Handle customer inquiries, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
To Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
To Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
To Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage operations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in POS software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits:
