Poultry Farm Supervisor

Work pattern include weekends
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum.

ISQ Recruitment is currently looking for a Farm Supervisor on behalf of our client in West Norfolk. As Farm Supervisor, you will be acting as a support function to the Farm Manager, while leading and mentoring farm staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure smooth operations and adherence to farm procedures.
 
Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the health and wellbeing of poultry, identifying and addressing any signs of illness or distress.
Supervise the conditions of the poultry housing, ensuring correct temperature, ventilation, and lightning.
Lead and manage farm staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
Ensure compliance with local and industry regulations concerning poultry rearing, health standards, and animal welfare.
Implement and enforce biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks, including managing footbaths, controlling visitors, and maintaining farm cleanliness.  Salary and benefits

Salary up to £37k per annum.
