A fantastic, fast-paced business operating in the world of FMCG, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team and ensure their delicious flow of products never stops.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the guardian of the machinery, the sentinel of systems, working behind the scenes to keep the site going! You'll work your hours making sure that this factory remains a beacon of efficiency. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates like a well-oiled machine!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on production machinery, keeping them in peak condition and preventing any mishaps. Respond promptly to breakdowns, getting things back on track at pace. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues. Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure equipment is properly utilized and maintained, creating a seamless flow. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring our operation remains as fresh as a farm-to-table salad.

Required Ingredients:

Proven experience as a maintenance engineer, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The food industry would be the icing on the cake. Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to slice through challenges with ease. Solid knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the food industry, from mixers to conveyors, fryers to ovens. Ability to work independently, ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift as if you were its guardian angel.
