JOB - Storesperson
LOCATION - Maidenhead
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £22,000 to £28,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is working with a leading company in Maidenhead that is looking for a Storesperson to join their team. This role is perfect for an organized and proactive individual with warehouse experience and a valid forklift license.

The Storesperson will ideally have the following attributes:

Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role.
A valid standard forklift license is essential.
Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems or related software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.The Storesperson role will involve:

Managing and organizing stock within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Operating a forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely.
Conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory records.
Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the relevant departments.
Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assisting with stock control, including reordering items as needed.
Collaborating with the purchasing and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
