Your Role
The Commercial Director will work closely with the Managing Director to drive sales and marketing strategies in the Birmingham and Northern region. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing these strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include originating deals, managing broker and agent relationships, enhancing brand presence, and leading the sales function to success.

As the Commercial Director, the ideal candidate will have:
