Our client, that specialises in Agricultural machinery as well as 4x4 vehicles, is seeking a qualified vehicle technician to join a small but growing service facility in Ashford. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, qualified to Level 3 IMI, ideally in the commercial pick-up market. In return, they are offering a salary up to £38,000, 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of bank holidays) and benefits such as private healthcare.

Motor Vehicle Technician Job Overview

Carry out scheduled service maintenance, fault-finding and diagnosis
Complete pre-delivery inspections
Promote dealership services to customers
Service and repairs of ATV's
Tyre replacements and wheel alignment
Attend manufacturers' training courses
Complete job stories using Ibcos service app
Utilise laptop diagnostics and service systems
Work alongside and communicate with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and suppliers
Maintain a high standard of workshop housekeeping
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices

Motor Vehicle Technician Job Requirements

3+ years experience on 4×4's working in a similar role
Able to service and repair all brands of 4x4 but mainly Isuzu
Level 3 in vehicle maintenance or equivalent

Motor Vehicle Technician Salary & Benefits

Salary: £33,000- £38,000
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
