JOB TITLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

LOCATION: WOKINGHAM (TRAVEL TO LONDON AND SOUTH EAST)

SALARY: NEOGIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Cerberus UK Support Services are currently working with a key client who are a PQS and PM consultancy, specialising in the hospitality, residential and commercial sectors.

Due to company growth they are looking to expand their commercial team and looking for a vibrant solid all round Quantity Surveyor to join there winning team.

KEY SKILLS

* Must have 3 plus year experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

* Key experience working with Hotel and Hospitality Sector specifically in London

* Must be a undergraduate / masters degree in Quantity Surveying

* MRICS/APM preferred

* Good communicator

* Team player however the ability to work on your own

* Experience of building, civil and process equipment.

* Expereinced in Pre and post contract - from cost plans, procurement to contract administration, change control to final account, disputes and claims
