Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (including 12 hours supernumerary)

Gilbert Meher is delighted to partner with a leading care home provider to recruit a dedicated Lead Nurse for a newly opened, luxury nursing unit within an established nursing home in Rugby. Position Overview:
As the Lead Nurse, you will be at the forefront of maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a supportive and efficient team, dedicated to delivering the highest quality of elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Lead and manage the nursing team to provide outstanding care to residents.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices using your nursing skills
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
Act as a mentor and provide clinical guidance to the nursing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Engage with residents and their families to provide exceptional service and care.Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Significant experience working in elderly care.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care.What We Offer:
