Job Title: Membership Advisor
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000
Location: Central Milton Keynes
We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised, customer facing professional to join a busy team managing a varied and interesting workload.
Responding to a wide range of queries, you will be instrumental in providing vital support to members and key stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute towards an excellent reputation by providing a first class, multi-channel enquiry service.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be a confident communicator and have excellent organisational experience.
Key responsibilities for a Membership Advisor
* Deliver first class customer service, take ownership of enquiries until the customer is happy
* To receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms
* To support the team in meeting its growth and membership retention targets
* To support customers in understanding the products, services and benefits available to them
* Make outbound telephone calls to customers

* Experience with managing multi-channel enquiries – phone, email, online chat and social media
