What’s on Offer:

* Competitive Basic Salary: £22,000 plus holiday pay

* Company Car & Fuel Allowance: Coverage from home to work

* High Earning Potential: OTE of £60,000+ based on achieving 180 car sales annually with strong finance and product sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong customer relationships and understand their vehicle needs

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies

* Maximize finance and product sales to drive additional revenue

* Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

Who We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in sales in the automotive industry

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets

* Availability to work weekends on a rota basis
