Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Technical Team

Location: Uxbridge / Parking on-site

Fully office based role

Start: Ideally as soon as possible

Salary: £25,000

Customer Service Representative - Technical Team - Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

* Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when necessary

* Provide clear, practical advice to customers

* Record detailed notes of all customer interactions

* Proactively assist customers with their queries

* Adhere to company procedures and processes

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

* Excellent customer service

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

* Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to switch between tasks as needed

* Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills

* Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service

* Ability to show initiative and solve problems efficiently
